We offer a solution to one of the key obstacles to living tiny: “Where do I park my tiny house?” At Tiny Town Orlando, you can legally park your tiny house on wheels among neighboring tiny housers, while enjoying full hook-ups to park amenities.

Our tiny house community model is both sustainable and ethical. Tiny Town Orlando offer’s a perfect blend of charm and coziness. Discover a unique retreat surrounded by nature’s beauty, providing an intimate escape while still embracing modern comforts.

Tiny House long-term Rentals

Residents can purchase a tiny house on wheels and pay a monthly lot lease. Lot lease fees vary based on location within the park are the most reasonably priced in the area. As of mid-2025, our prices range from $625 to $875 per month. These fees include utilities like water, sewer, lawn maintenance, internet, and land tax.

Note: Our Lots are currently Full & have a Waiting List to move into the community. To be added to the Waiting List we require a $200 deposit & a photo of your ID (Every resident gets a background check).
