The community is made up of and estimated 49 tiny homes, 3 small houses, and 1 RV all coexisting in this tranquil lakefront environment. Most of the tiny homes are Tiny Houses on Wheels (THOWs), which aligns with the RV park’s zoning. Homeowners must have a tiny house on wheels that is properly registered; they are not allowed to build a tiny home from scratch while living in the community to maintain a respectful and peaceful environment. We are very selective about the design and construction types of tiny houses allowed to reside within out community.
