Tiny House long-term Rentals

Residents can purchase a tiny house on wheels and pay a monthly lot lease. Lot lease fees vary based on location within the park are the most reasonably priced in the area. As of mid-2025, our prices range from $625 to $875 per month. These fees include utilities like water, sewer, lawn maintenance, internet, and land tax.

Note: Our Lots are currently Full & have a Waiting List to move into the community. To be added to the Waiting List we require a $200 deposit & a photo of your ID (Every resident gets a background check).
