We offer Long-term (6 to12 months) rental leases with prices ranging from $1,500 to $2,200 monthly.

Most all our Tiny House long-term rentals are ready for move in. Each unit is fully furnished and includes Electricity, Gas, Water, Ultra-fast WiFi, TV, Dishes & Cookware, Maintenance, and access to all the community amenities.

We require a $1,000 refundable deposit and the first month’s rent. A second month’s rent may be required for those with less than par credit score.

We are very flexible and don’t mind upgrading or downgrading to another available unit. The rental price may vary depending on your selection.

Yes. We require a credit report & background check for every resident.

No, we do not currently host any tours.

Our pet policy is “Welcome pets!” The park currently has cats, dogs, and a bunny rabbit. There are weight restrictions, 30# or less and no aggressive breeds. There is a limit as to the number of pets in your family ( 3 ). Dogs must be leashed and friendly to residents, as well as to other animals in the park. Tiny Town is a quiet community, we ask that dogs do not “woof-woof” too frequently. Cats can meow all they want..

As some of our residents require more bandwidth than a typical hotspot, the park has formed a relationship with SPECTRUM internet service provider. The company can provide you with residential internet service, even though your residence is on wheels.

We do rent lots for tiny houses. There is a waiting list and certain construction criteria required for approval.

Lot lease fees vary based on location within the park, and as of mid-2025 they range from $565 to $795 per month..

The lot fee includes water, taxes, sewer, landscaping, trash pickup, and the use of our boat and fishing docks. Electricity is the resident’s responsibility.

Call us at 407-936-4094 to get your name on the waiting list. We require a $200 non-refundable fee, a background check before you move in. We accept payments over the phone, through apps like Venmo, Zelle or in person with cash.

The roughly estimated time to be on the Waiting List is about 12 months.

We do not allow short-term rentals of tiny houses.
